Retail POS and ERP for a Flower Shop
We built a POS and retail back office for a flower shop in Pakistan. Every arrangement has a recipe of stems and materials, so the till enforces a minimum price, stock moves stem by stem, and pre-orders, customer credit, wastage and profit and loss all come from the same records.

The challenge
What problem did the client have?
A bouquet is not a stock item — it is twelve roses, a filler, wrapping and a ribbon. Off-the-shelf POS software could not price arrangements from their stems, track pre-orders for weddings and birthdays, or show what was wasted at the end of the day.
The solution
What did we build?
We built a POS and back office where every arrangement has a recipe of stems and materials. The till enforces a minimum price built from the stems in each arrangement, stock moves stem by stem, and closing inventory, wastage and profit and loss come out of the same records.

Questions about this project
Each arrangement has a recipe of stems, fillers, wrapping and ribbon. Each stem has a minimum selling price set by the owner, so every arrangement has a floor price the cashier cannot sell below.
Yes. Pre-orders carry a delivery date, rider and delivery charge, are grouped by date on an upcoming-deliveries list, and show the outstanding balance on each order.
No. It is browser-based but runs on the shop’s own computer with a local SQLite database.
