Corporate ERP System

Workforce ERP for a UK Security Guarding Company

We built a workforce ERP for a security guarding company in the UK. It runs from the roster to the invoice: shifts are planned per client and site, guards check in by GPS from a mobile app, and the same records produce payroll, client charges and gross profit for the month.

The challenge

What problem did the client have?

Guards, sites, shifts and SIA licences were tracked in separate sheets. Nobody could see in one place who was on duty today, whose licence was about to expire, or whether a client contract was making money this month.

The solution

What did we build?

We built one platform that runs from the roster to the invoice. Shifts are planned per client and site, guards check in by GPS from their phones, and the same records produce payroll, client charges and gross profit for the month.
